Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, who rose to fame as Ellen DeGeneres‘ in-house DJ, is dead at just 40 years old. TMZ reports the dancer died on Tuesday, reportedly by suicide.

According to insiders, his wife, Allison Holker, told cops the So You Think You Can Dance star had left home without his car — which was odd.

Some time later, police got a call for a shooting at an LA hotel. They allegedly found Stephen dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
