Carey Mulligan Pregnant With Third Child
Carey’s reps confirmed the news to People that her and husband Marcus Mumford — who you probably know from Mumford & Sons — are expecting their third child.
The couple — who have been married since 2012 — also share two children, Evelyn Grace and Wilfred, who are 7 and 5 years old respectively.
In 2018, Carey talked about the experience of being pregnant with Wilfred while working in an interview with Baby magazine.
“With a second child, you’re a lot less paranoid, and I definitely felt I was ready for new challenges this time around,” she said — but she also revealed that being a parent permanently adjusted her relationship to work.
“What does motherhood change? Well, your whole life – it’s undeniable – it changes everything. As regards my work, I don’t know if motherhood is always the first thought on my mind when I read a script, but I would suspect it’s altered my attitude.”
Sounds like she’s ready to welcome this latest addition to her growing family, too. Congrats to Carey and Marcus!
